Normal delivery will be dispatched from Carhil Pty Ltd warehouse Sydney, 2 days after confirmation of purchase.
Unless otherwise agreed the mode of delivery will be at the discretion of Carhil Pty Ltd.
Alternate delivery arrangements will be for Buyer’s account.
Whilst Carhil Pty Ltd will endeavour to meet any stated delivery date, it is not liable for and the Buyer is not entitled to cancel their order for non-delivery or late delivery howsoever caused, or for failure to deliver by any specific method or by any particular vehicle.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, delivery to a carrier constitutes delivery to the Buyer.
Risk of loss to products will pass to the customer on the earlier of collection of products by customer, delivery of products to the customer and delivery of products by the seller to a carrier for the purpose of delivering products to the customer.
Carhil Pty Ltd will not be liable for any delay in delivery of products.
Returns
Arrangements must be made for any goods to be returned and such goods are to carry a “Goods Returned Acknowledgment Number” before they can be returned.
No returns will be accepted 14 days after delivery. Any return must be accompanied by a “Goods Returned Acknowledgment Number”, delivery documentation and a clearly stated reason for the return. Goods returned will be at the Purchaser’s expense. Goods returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
Carhil is not obliged to accept any goods returned for credit.
Requests for goods to be returned for credit will be considered only if received in writing within 7 days of delivery of the goods and quoting the invoice number, and the goods are received within 14days in the same condition as dispatched Carhil may grant or refuse any request for credit at its sole discretion
