SM Series Pump with timer (33 watt)

SM Series ® Pumps are suitable for ALL general domestic and commercial Hot Water pumping or hot water circulation requirements.  Rated to 10 bar and 110^oC. This basic SM pump with timer can be set to operate  for any number of periods in 24 hours and any duration, in ½ hour increments.  It is dry run protected and features a unique sealless and leakproof design.

HOW IT WORKS

Ultracirc ® senses the temperature in the hot water line, at the furthest extreme from the hot water heater. When the water temperature reaches a predetermined minimum it turns on and pumps water slowly from the hot water line back to the water heater, through a dedicated return line. The water also passes through a check valve, until the hot water again reaches the pump at which time the pump switches off. It keeps doing this each time the water cools off during the time period you’ve set.
