The ACT-959-INSTANTANEOUS is retrofit hot water circulation system designed specifically for instantaneous water heating systems. This innovative product design provides a controlled hot water recirculation system for instantaneous water heaters.
The benefits of instantaneous water heater systems are increased by adding the luxury and convenience of instant hot water at all fixtures in the home thus
providing your customers with a true instant hot water system.
The ACT-959® pump is installed under the sink or faucet farthest from the water heater - where hot water usually takes the longest amount of time to arrive.
The built-in temperature sensor regulates the system temperature and limits the length of time the instantaneous heater will be operating during the recirculation period. The cool water in the hot water supply line is then pumped into the cold water line and back
into the water heater.
The AUTOCIRC® pump turns off automatically when the hot water supply line to the
faucet reaches 35º C, ensuring the instant availability of shower warm water with
maximum temperature hot water only seconds behind. When the pump is automatically
turned off by the built-in thermostat, an auto closure device prevents hot or cold water
from mixing in either supply line.
Hot water will also be instantly available at all other faucets in the supply line between
the water heater and the faucet where the AUTOCIRC® pump is installed.
The AUTOCIRC® Under-Sink Instant Hot Water Pump System...
• Does not require a return line.
• Comes complete with a 2mt long power cord and ½” BSP fittings.
• Requires only one pump and one installation for all fixtures on the hot water
plumbing line.
• Has built-in fixed thermostat 30°C – 35°C.
• Is silent during operation.
• Has a built-in 24 hour timer which allows the selection of system operating
periods to suit family usage.
When all taps are off the cool water in the hot line is then pumped into the cold water line and back into the heater. When the pump is off, a built in anti-dump valve (non return) prevents hot water and cold water mixing when you turn a tap on.
